■ Definition of personal information

"Personal information" refers to information about a living individual as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as well as information such as an email address, user ID, password, credit card, etc. that is used in connection with a specific individual, and hobbies, family structure, age, and other attribute information about an individual that is integrated with personal information.

When Rising Sun Administrative Procedures Law Office outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, it will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of personal information at the outsourced party.

 

■ Restrictions on provision to third parties

Rising Sun Administrative Scrivener's Office will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

1) When there is a risk of harming the rights and interests of customers or third parties

2) When there is a risk of causing significant disruption to our business operations

3) When there is a risk of violating other laws and regulations, etc.

(3) If a customer or their authorized representative requests that we stop using their personal information,

We will discontinue use of the information at our office immediately.

(4) When you request disclosure, we may charge you a separate fee.
